Q. Can I buy firearms online?

A. Yes, but they must be picked up either in-store or transferred to your nominated licensed firearm dealer. You will also need to produce the appropriate license and P.T.A. before you’ll be able to take delivery of the firearm.

Q. Can I buy ammunition online?

A. Yes, but you will need to produce the appropriate license before shipping can proceed. Other conditions may also apply depending on your location and other factors. It is also possible to buy online and pickup instore but you will still need to produce the appropriate license.

Q. I’m not happy with the shipping quote; can I query the price?

A. Yes, shipping calculators are not an exact science. We are more than happy to look into it further and supply a more accurate quote. Just request a shipping quote in the checkout process and we’ll email a quote to you as soon as possible.

Q. I have questions; can I talk to someone?

A. Yes, our phone numbers are listed on the home page or you can send us a message by going to “Contact Us”

Q. What payments methods do you offer?

A. We accept Visa & MasterCard only through our secure Westpac payment gateway

Q. How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

A. Due to many unknown factors we cannot predict delivery times. Generally however, we will do our best to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving your payment and we will advise you via email if we expect or experience any delays.

Q. Will you ship to an international address?

A. Generally no, but you’re welcome to send us a request in relation to non-licensed & non-dangerous goods.

Q. Are the goods sold online covered by warranty?

A. Yes, they are covered by the same warranty whether bought online or in-store.

Q. Will my order be ready to pick-up in-store as soon as I pay for it online?

A. No, you will be notified via your registered email address when your order is ready for in-store pick-up.
